Thank you for choosing Delicates Inn LTD. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our Services and products. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding refunds and returns.
1. REFUND AND RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Our refund and return policy is as follows:
- Services and Subscriptions: Refund requests for Services or subscriptions must be made within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refunds or exchanges will be offered.
- Products: Refund requests for physical products must be made within 30 days of confirmed delivery. After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges will be offered.
To be eligible for a refund or return:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are exempt from refunds and returns:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
- Gift cards.
- Virtual or downloadable products (e.g., digital courses, software).
- Health and personal care items.
3. PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Books, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons other than shipping.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
4. SERVICES REFUNDS
For Services and subscriptions:
- Refunds are applicable based on the time of use.
- To be eligible for a full refund, your subscription must not exceed the 24-hour free trial period.
- Any services with trial period, a 1.55 subscription fee ∗∗and∗∗ 1.55 subscription fee ∗∗and∗∗ 1 for each day of use will be deducted from your refund.
- Online Direct, or Indirect access to paid content, and services are non-refundable.
- All paid services that are accessible through any means we offer these services (WhatsApp, Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, or other communication platforms, whether audio, visual, or audio-visual) and require an access code or private link are non-refundable.
5. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
- Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account or payment method.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

7. SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, either fully or partially.
8. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:
- Email us at support@delicatesinn.com.
- Shipping fees for exchanges may apply.
9. GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or coupon will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver:
- The refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
10. SHIPPING RETURNS
To return a product:
- Use the same shipping method that delivered the item to you. We can assist in arranging this.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
